Country Dance Air  “Sung to me (CJS) by Mrs Deane at Cheltenham.  Always danced in old days at Lord Hawke’s Xmas party.” Lord Hawke was a famous Yorkshire and England cricketer, who, according to Wisden, bestrode the game like a colossus for over 50 years.
