Like several of the songs collected by Alfred Williams, this is a one-off and unique to oral tradition.  The comic tale refers to Prestbury, (to the north of Cheltenham) and is very long and wordy, as folk songs go.  It is hard to see how it got into the oral tradition, unless it was a local concert party piece.
