The Romany language as a complete language was last spoken the UK in the 50s, by Welsh gypsies. The Romany spoken today is basically English with Romany words, and fewer of the younger generation understand it.

Songs in Romany or Anglo-Romany are not plentiful but many gypsies know versions of this ditty, sometimes used to accompany step dancing. Alice Gillington who collected from the New Forest gypsies at the start of the 19th century, collected a version of this along with several other Anglo-Romany songs.
